SPECIAL MMA Environmental Policy Committee & PFAS Workgroup Members Meeting

Description

This is a special meeting for a TRC presentation covering key federal PFAS reporting requirements that affect manufacturing. The discussion will include a detailed look at Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) PFAS reporting strategies. TRC will also cover developing requirements under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (TCRA) and Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) as well as state additions.
