Electrical Safety Training in the Workplace for Leadership

Wednesday, September 21, 2022 (8:00 AM - 9:00 AM) (EDT)

Description

Leaders need to take ownership of the SAFETY ATTITUDE within a facility. It’s important to set the attitude among employees by example and reinforce it by promoting a continuous training regimen. Electrical safety is important because it’s the only hazard that can’t be detected with our senses. By the time we can detect electrical issues, it’s already too late. Leadership needs to know their facility and the hazard expectation at each piece of equipment while having a continuous presence on the floor. Sharing the responsibility and delegating it when necessary so accidents do not happen is important. Safety is an attitude and a team mentality.
