  1. ESG Consultant: I guide manufacturers through right-sizing their ESG initiatives, ensuring compliance with customer requirements without overcomplicating costs and resources. Whether you're responding to OEM ESG demands or looking to develop a sustainability roadmap, I help you integrate ESG in a practical, results-driven way. 
  2. Fractional VP of Sales: I provide expert sales leadership, helping small/mid-sized manufacturers build scalable sales strategies, coach teams, and drive revenue growth—all in a flexible, cost-effective model.

35 years driving Sales Excellence, with sustainability as a core component. Held various global sales leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies, including Sherwin-Williams, Akzo Nobel, Parker-Lord, and Henkel, along with engineering roles at Ford Motor Co. 


Degrees from the University of Michigan and Miami of Ohio.  Additional executive development training in Sales Excellence from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. Also, ESG/Sustainability Specialization from Duke University.
