In July 2014, CRA and GHD joined together to create a global leader in engineering, environmental consulting, and construction services. The result is a company that is more than 8500 people strong, with 4000 employees in North America alone. The goal of this merger is to build on the strengths of two leading companies to create a global team, adding significant growth and scale to our business, while retaining the advantages of our private, employee-ownership business model. On July 1 2015, CRA changed its name to GHD and we are now operating as one company. Together we hope to provide our clients with a deeper and more diverse talent pool, across a broader geographic footprint, while maintaining the high level of service and responsiveness for which we are known.
